Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering is duly authorized and competent to take my admission in the program for which I have applied. I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering legal status to take my admission and award certificate. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute / differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering shall be applicable. I am aware that if any Plagiarism found, my certificate may be cancelled by Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering without making any prior notice. I shall always follow the rules and regulations of Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering, in case of any breach there too.

I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the Focus Institute of Technology & Engineering.
